Traditions may change...but memories last forever. Christmas is Mira's favorite time of the year. Except this year. It's the first time she will spend the holiday without her mother. Even though she doesn't feel the joy of the season, she must lead the traditional 12 Days to Christmas festival in her small town--from a cookie exchange commemorating the WW1 Christmas Day Truce to a vintage game night remembering the 1968 moon orbit, along with ten other community events celebrating the history of the holiday. What she doesn't expect is the stranger, Seth, and his three sons in her antique shop accidentally breaking her great-grandmother's teapot. Or having Seth appear in her daydreams when she imagines herself living through the historical moments. Over 12 days, the holiday events bring Mira and Seth together in unexpected ways. And he has his own struggles with the season as he heals from loss of his own. Can new traditions fill in for the past and can Mira appreciate what she has more than what she's lost?
