One day as I sat pondering things as most artistic beings do. I realized that things had been running in my mind for days. I had a moment. It was an epiphany that if I could focus all the things going through my head over the course of that day, I could make a movie, or write a novel, maybe even write enough songs for an album. I challenged myself. I jotted down 100 terms or things that popped into my mind. The hard part was expressing them in a little more thought provoking way by placing these thoughts in stanzas set to the rhythm of their syllables. It was fun. I had to tweak and reread to ensure everything was set to my liking, but I digress. I have begun to accept the fact that, or better yet, understand writers block is non-existent if we learn to brain storm. I pray that these poems allow you to calm your mind. Read them twice. Analyze the photographs, close your eyes and allow the poems to help you explore your creative imaginations. Then reread once more.
Enjoy your choice.
