I decided to begin my journey of self-exploration by posting notes on Facebook about what I was going through. I committed to one hundred days because I felt that would be more than enough time to understand who I was, who I would become if I didn't change, and who I truly wanted to be.It was incredibly liberating to share my thoughts, and even more eye-opening when I received feedback from friends.Now, I want to share my story with you, hoping it resonates with your own experiences and perhaps helps you along your journey.Looking back, my notes have been a source of entertainment for me. So, even if all this book does is offer you a bit of enjoyment, I'll still consider it a success.
