For dehydrated or sensitive scalps. 1. Once a week, apply the Hydrating Cream Scrub generously to a dry scalp. Massage gently into roots using circular motions. 2. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, then work into a lather using water. Then, rinse thoroughly. 3.
