From the Venice Pro Noir Collection. Over 10 years ago, the Belgium-based company, the cookware company, had an opportunity to re-invent non-stick cookware and ensure toxins like PFAS were eliminated from home kitchens. Unlike traditional non-stick coatings, GreenPan was created using a ceramic coating that is derived from sand, just like glass, and is free of any PFAS, PFOAS, lead and cadmium. The advantages of ceramic are far beyond being non-stick, easy to clean. Gourmet lovers use Greenpan because ceramic is highly conductive and has the ability to sear and brown at high temperatures, with no fear of off-gases.
The Venice Pro Noir Collection provides commercial-grade stainless steel bodies with the leading ceramic non-stick coating. The triply ply stainless steel with an aluminum core provides perfectly even heat distribution across the base and walls of the pans. Ceramic is oven safe up to 600F, dishwasher safe and 100% toxin-free.
This gourmet cookware is metal utensil friendly and wipes clean in seconds. Healthy cooking has never been better! Hermolon™ Diamond Advanced is hands-down the most resilient ceramic nonstick you’ll meet. Metal utensil-safe, even heat distribution, and easy cleanup every time. Manufactured without the use of PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium—its cookware won’t release toxic fumes, even when overheated.
The 3-ply stainless steel bodies are specially constructed for extra durability. Evershine™ technology keeps everything gleaming and free of discoloration. Matte black handles have an extra durable finish to prevent wear and corrosion. Tempered glass lids (oven safe up to 425°F) let you keep an eye on things without losing steam. Oven and broiler are safe up to 600°F. Safe for all stovetops, including induction.
