HOW TO ENTER. Purchase a minimum of $50 of Village Green Shopping Centre Gift Cards from Guest Services during the offer period and receive one spin of the prize wheel. Every spin will result is a win. See below for prize allocations.
One prize per person. While supplies last. The offer will be open to the first 400 people purchasing a minimum of $50 of gift cards. Once supplies are gone, the offer will close.
Entrant and Entry must meet all Conditions as outlined herein. Entry and/or Entrant not meeting Conditions will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited.
The offer runs from 10:00am PST on Saturday, November 29, 2025 until 5:00pm on Sunday, December 14, 2025 PST, or until supplies last, or on such other date and time as posted by the Producers.
PRIZING:
400 individual prizes will be available to be won, consisting of:
20 VGSC toques
60 VGSC Water Bottles
10 Pink Elephant Popcorn
40 VGSC Totes
135 holiday ornaments
135 Purdy’s Chocolate bars
Contest winner is responsible for collection of their prize at time of entry/play.
OTHER CONDITIONS. All non-winning, disqualified and winning entries will become the property of the Contest Producers. Contest Producers reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. In making the prize available to a Winning Entrant, the Contest Producers make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect to any prize.
By entering, all contestants release and agree to hold harmless, OPTrust Retail Inc., and BentallGreenOak (Canada) LP, any company affiliated with BentallGreenOak (Canada) LP, any retailer or agency operating in Village Green Shopping Centre, any of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents of all such parties and any prize suppliers, including but not limited to, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) from and against any and all liability for any injuries, damages to persons (including death), damages to personal property or any other loss whatsoever (collectively “LOSSES”) caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the contestant’s participation in the contest, including but not limited to Losses arising from: (a) the contestant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in the contest; (b) any act or omission made by any Released Party, third party (including any other Contestant) or the contestant himself / herself; (c) any latent or apparent defect or condition in any equipment used in the contest; (d) any previous medical condition of the contestant; (e) the administration of any first-aid, medical or emergency treatment or other services rendered to the contestant; and/or (f) the consumption of food or drink by the contestant.
Contest Producers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries, or entries submitted after the contest deadline. Contest Producers may at their sole discretion alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this contest or amend the Contest Conditions at any time. Decisions of Contest Producers are final. Contest Producer has the right to publish the name, location and recent photograph of a winner without remuneration. All Entrants must meet and comply with all Contest Conditions. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and prize forfeit.
