1. What is The Memory Bank campaign, anyway?
We turned 50, and you get the gifts! 🎉
You already know we love running fun contests with chances to win shopping sprees. This time, there’s a bonus. With The Memory Bank, you’ll earn Virtual Memory Tokens just for playing—tokens you can redeem for even more rewards in our Rewards Vault.
It’s like a birthday party where you walk away with the goodies. The more you join in, the more you can collect. Let the memory-making begin!
2. How do I earn Virtual Memory Tokens?
Simple! Just take part in campaign activities like:
- Entering contests
- Uploading selfies in-centre
- Voting in polls
- Watching hilarious videos
- Playing games
New ways to earn tokens will be popping up throughout the campaign, so keep checking back and have some fun along the way!
3. Can I earn tokens every day?
Some activities are daily earners (like contests and games), so you can keep coming back to boost your token stash. Others, like in-centre uploads or special challenges, are big one-time bonuses that pack a punch.
Not all activities award the same amount of tokens, so mix it up and make the most of every opportunity!
4. What is the Rewards Vault?
The vault is filled with exclusive rewards you can claim using your tokens. New items will be revealed throughout the program, so keep checking back to see what’s been added. Rewards are not contest prizes, have no cash value, and are offered solely as a promotional incentive based on participant engagement.
Just a heads-up—once you reserve a reward, it’s locked in. No swaps if something else catches your eye later, so choose wisely!
5. How do I view rewards—and are there limited quantities?
Yes! Every reward in the Vault is available in limited quantities, so once they’re gone, they’re gone.
To view the Vault, log in to your Memory Bank account. Then, tap the three-line menu icon (sometimes called a “hamburger menu”) in the top corner of your screen. From there, select Rewards Vault to browse prizes, see how many tokens you need, and reserve your favourites before they’re claimed.
6. When does the campaign end?
The last day to earn tokens is August 30, 2025. After that, you’ll have one final week to redeem your tokens and reserve prizes before the Rewards Vault closes on September 7, 2025.
No reward reservations will be accepted after that date—so set a reminder (or three) and don’t miss out!
7. How do I collect my rewards?
All rewards must be picked up in person at our Reward Vault Pop-Up located at the Decade Carousel in Centre Court at Village Green Shopping Centre on October 4, 2025, between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Make sure to bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on your Memory Bank profile. If you miss the pick-up day, unfortunately, your prize will be forfeited.
(The only exception is if you donated your tokens to the Salvation Army Vernon Food Bank—thank you for giving back!)
8. How do I collect my prizes?
All prizes must be picked up in person at our Rewards Vault Pop-Up inside Village Green Shopping Centre on October 4, 2025, between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Make sure to bring a valid photo ID. If you miss the pick-up day, unfortunately, your prize will be forfeited.

9. Can I enter contests with more than one email address?
You can use different emails to enter contests, but use only one account when it comes to using your tokens and reserving your prizes.
To keep it fair for everyone, we may adjust or remove tokens from duplicate accounts.
10. Can I reserve prizes under multiple accounts?
No multiple accounts are not permitted. Using multiple accounts to scoop up prizes isn’t fair to other participants.

11. Can I reserve more than one prize if I have a lot of tokens?
Yes, you can! As long as you have the tokens, you’re welcome to reserve multiple prizes—but only one of each prize per account. So go ahead and build your perfect prize package!
The only exceptions are the Mega Rewards Vault Voucher and the Donate Tokens to Charity option—those can be selected more than once.
12. What are the Surprise Mega Rewards Vault Ballots all about?
Think you’ve got a lucky streak? Here’s your chance to go big.
Trade in your tokens for a 5-pack of Mega Rewards Vault entry vouchers (aka ballots). Each 5-pack gives you five chances to win one of three surprise Mega Vault Prize Packs—each worth $500.
What’s inside? That’s the mystery. But we promise these prize bundles are packed with premium rewards and a serious wow factor. They’ll be revealed in person on October 4 at our Rewards Vault Pop-Up.
If not many people make the trade… your odds could be pretty sweet. Will you take the risk?
13. Can I donate my tokens to charity?
Yes, and it’s a great way to give back, especially if you can’t attend the Rewards Vault Pop-Up on October 4.
For every 50 Virtual Tokens you donate, we’ll contribute $1.00 to the Salvation Army Vernon Food Bank, up to a maximum of $500.
Whether you’re out of town or just want to do something meaningful with your tokens, this is your chance to turn play into purpose and support local families in need.
14. I’m trying to upload a photo, but it won’t accept the file. What’s going on?
If you’re seeing an error when uploading an image, it might be because the file is in HEIC format—a file type commonly used by Apple devices.
Our system accepts HEIC files when uploaded directly from a mobile device, but they may not work if you’re trying to upload from a desktop (especially if the file was transferred from your phone).
To fix this, you can:
- Re-upload the image directly from your phone
- Convert the HEIC file to a JPG or PNG before uploading on desktop
