Your Santa Experience is confirmed.
You will also receive an email with the full details of your booking. If you don’t receive this booking, please check your Spam folder. Some providers have more strict settings and may block the confirmation email. Rest assured, if you landed on this page, you are confirmed.

A reminder that we are offering our Santa Experience at no charge this year. Please consider paying it forward by making a generous donation to our community partners at the United Way Southern Interior of BC.
Additional information about your Santa Experience:
- Santa visits are booked in 10-minute intervals. You will have approx. 7-8 minutes in your personalized experience.
- If you or your child are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we ask that you cancel your visit.
- Photos will not be provided this year, but we will allow parents to take photos or videos of their child’s contactless visit with Santa.
- To ensure the safety of patrons and staff, each Santa Experience allows up to four people from the same household. If you require more than that, please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements for a subsequent appointment.
- If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In accordance with the policy of the shopping centre, we are not able to accommodate pets in the Santa Experience.
